Online Mural Class(Midhila Murals) Refund Policy:

        Payments once made are not refundable in normal cases. Refunds for online courses are only given under the following circumstances:

The student/user did not access any portion of the online course AND the student/user requests a refund, in writing via email mentioning the reason for "Refund request", within 24 hrs from the date of the payment (Welcome mail  Receipt) . A full refund will be issued only for genuine cases deducting an administrative fee of INR1500/$20.

There will be no refunds for Mural online courses once a course has been accessed in any manner.

Any feedback You provide with respect to the Service shall be deemed to be non-confidential. The Service shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.
